Cookies Policy
In short: Cookies are small files that help a website work and understand how it's used. We use a small number of them. The strictly necessary ones are always on; analytics only runs if you agree, and you can change your mind at any time.
This Cookies Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on Tvorya, why, and how you can control them. Any personal data collected through cookies is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site recognise your device and remember things, like keeping you signed in or remembering your preferences. "Similar technologies" include local storage and pixels, which do comparable jobs. In this policy we refer to all of them as "cookies".
2. The categories we use
In short: Two categories. Strictly necessary ones make Tvorya work. Analytics helps us improve it, and only runs with your consent.
Strictly necessary
Required for the Service to function. These are used only to deliver something you have asked for, so no consent is required and they cannot be switched off. They cover:
- keeping you signed in and keeping your session secure;
- telling a person apart from an automated bot, through our security provider's challenge;
- remembering how far you have got while creating a product, so your work is not lost;
- fraud prevention during payment, set by our payment provider when you open the checkout.
If you block these through your browser, parts of the Service will stop working.
Analytics
Helps us understand how the Service is used so we can improve it: which pages people reach, where a flow is abandoned, and whether a change made things better. This runs only with your consent, it uses our own analytics rather than a third-party product, and it is stored against a random identifier that is not linked to your name or email.
If you decline, we delete the identifier that is already stored, not merely stop reading it.
3. What we do not do
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not use cross-site tracking or profiling, we do not use third-party analytics products, and we do not sell your data to advertisers. There is no advertising category in the banner because there is nothing in it. If that ever changes, we will add the category, describe it here, and ask you again, rather than relying on a consent you gave before it existed.
4. Who else is involved
Some cookies and similar technologies come from providers we use to run Tvorya. We name them individually rather than hiding them behind a category:
| Provider | What it does | When |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Keeps you signed in and secures your session | Whenever you are signed in |
| Cloudflare | Verifies you are a person and not a bot (Turnstile); protects and delivers the Service | On sign-in, sign-up and creation forms |
| Stripe | Prevents payment fraud; loads only when you open the checkout | During payment |
| Serves the fonts used by the design editor. Loading them means your IP address is sent to Google | While the editor is open |
Everything in this table other than analytics is strictly necessary for a part of the Service you have requested. For the full list of providers who process personal data for us, including ones that never touch your browser, see the Privacy Policy.
5. Your consent and how to manage cookies
When you first visit, we ask for your choice through a banner. Accepting and rejecting are equally easy: both are a single click on the first screen, and rejecting is never buried behind extra steps.
You can change your choice at any time through the Cookies link in the footer, which opens the same preferences and lets you switch each non-essential category on or off individually. Declining or later withdrawing consent does not limit your use of Tvorya, apart from the functionality of the category itself.
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, to see, block, or delete them. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Service from working. Most browsers explain how in their help pages (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookies Policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date, and where the change affects what you consented to, we will ask for your choice again.
