How are the pieces made?
The pieces are created on our professional platform, which combines leading artificial intelligence models, our own professional settings for every style and professional tools that finish every file. The result is a high-resolution piece, ready to print, born entirely from your imagination.
Does a more complex design cost extra?
No. The price is the same however complex the composition is, and however many details, people or elements it holds. You pay only for the size you choose.
How do I send you the photos?
Once you send your request, we contact you in Viber. There we talk through every detail and you send us the photos we need.
I do not know exactly what I want. How can you help?
Tell us a little more about your idea, the occasion or what you have in mind, and we will help you find the right kind of piece and suggest ideas that suit what you want.
How long does it take?
You get the design to approve within minutes of starting the conversation. The printed, framed piece arrives in 3 to 5 working days. If you need it sooner, ask us about express delivery for an extra charge.
How much is delivery?
Delivery to a courier office is free anywhere in Bulgaria.
Why do I pay part of the price online?
Every order takes time and resources to create something special for you. Because your piece is made individually to your wishes, it is unique and cannot be offered to another customer. That is why we ask for a partial payment, which lets us start work on your physical order. With it you get the design, ready to print or to share on social media. You pay the rest to the courier when the physical product arrives.
Can I return it?
Because every piece is made especially for you, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to it by law. That is why we print your piece only after you approve the design and are completely happy with it. If it still arrives damaged or faulty, we send you a new one, completely free. You will find the details in the Printed-piece terms.
