AI Terms

Last updated · 4 June 2026

In short: Tvorya creates designs using artificial intelligence. You own what you put in and what you make, with a few important exceptions. Outputs aren't guaranteed to be unique or even protectable by copyright, and you use them at your own risk. Be a decent person — don't use AI to create harmful content.

These AI Terms apply whenever you use any AI-powered feature of Tvorya (the "AI Features"). They form part of your agreement with us, alongside our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Use.

1. Inputs and Outputs

Input is anything you provide to an AI Feature — the text you type (your prompts and event details), your choices, and any images you upload.

Output is what the AI generates for you in response — images, designs, and any generated text.

2. Your rights and responsibilities for Input

You are responsible for your Input. By using the AI Features, you confirm that you have all the rights, licences and permissions needed to provide your Input and to use the resulting Output.

This matters most when you upload photographs of people. You must have the right to upload that image, and the necessary consent of the people shown in it. You must not upload images of other people without their permission, and you must never upload images of children in a way that is unlawful or that you are not authorised to use. See our Acceptable Use Policy for what is prohibited.

3. Who owns the Output

In short: What you generate is yours to use. But AI works differently from a human artist — read this part.

As between you and us, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, you own the Output you generate, and we make no ownership claim over it. You may use your Output for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, provided you comply with these AI Terms and our other policies.

However, please understand the nature of AI-generated content:

  • Outputs may not be unique. Because of how AI works, other users may receive similar or comparable Outputs. Your ownership does not extend to anyone else's Output.
  • Outputs may not be protected by copyright. In many countries — including across much of the EU — purely AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection, because it was not created by a human author. This is a feature of the law around AI generally, not something specific to Tvorya. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to claim exclusive copyright in an Output.
  • You use Output at your own risk. You are responsible for deciding whether an Output is suitable for your purposes before you use or share it.

4. Accuracy — no guarantees

Output is generated automatically by artificial intelligence. We do not review it for accuracy, and it does not represent our views. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, originality or reliability of any Output. You are solely responsible for checking an Output before relying on it — and you should not rely on AI Output for professional, legal, medical, financial or other specialist advice.

5. How AI generation works here, and our AI provider

To generate your design, we send your relevant Input — such as your prompt and any uploaded image — to a third-party AI provider that runs the underlying model on our behalf. By using the AI Features, you acknowledge and agree that your Input may be shared with this provider for the sole purpose of generating your Output.

We choose our AI provider carefully and require appropriate data-protection safeguards. How we handle your personal data, and who we share it with, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Rules for using the AI Features

In addition to our Acceptable Use Policy, you must not use the AI Features to:

  • create content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers children;
  • generate content designed to deceive — for example, passing off AI-generated content as a real photograph of a real event or person in a misleading or harmful way;
  • impersonate a real person or create a misleading likeness of someone without a lawful basis;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or image rights;
  • generate spam, malware, or content that facilitates fraud or other illegal activity;
  • remove, alter or hide any provenance, watermark or AI-disclosure marking we apply to an Output (see below);
  • attempt to bypass our safety filters, content moderation, or usage limits.

We may refuse, filter, or moderate Inputs and Outputs, and we may suspend access to the AI Features, to enforce these rules or comply with the law.

7. Safety and content moderation

We apply safety measures to the AI Features, which may include automatically screening prompts and reviewing generated content to prevent unlawful or harmful results. These systems are not perfect. If you encounter something inappropriate or unexpected, or believe your prompt was wrongly blocked, please tell us through the Help Center.

8. AI transparency and provenance

We believe people should be able to know when content is AI-generated. We may label, watermark, or embed provenance information in Outputs to indicate that they were created or modified with AI. You agree not to remove or tamper with these markings. As laws on AI transparency develop (including under the EU AI Act), we may add or update such measures.

9. Usage limits

We may set limits on how much you can generate — including rate limits and fair-use limits — to keep the Service reliable, fair and secure for everyone. These limits are operational controls, not fixed entitlements, and we may change them.

10. Changes

We may update these AI Terms as our features and the law evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the AI Features after changes take effect means you accept them.
