Acceptable Use Policy
In short: Create freely, but not at others' expense. This page lists what you must not make, upload, or do on Tvorya. Breaking these rules can cost you your access.
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Tvorya. It places limits on the content you can upload, the products you create, and how you use the Service. It forms part of your agreement with us, alongside our Terms of Use and AI Terms.
We may decide, at our reasonable discretion, whether content or behaviour breaks this Policy, and we may update this Policy from time to time.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not upload content, create products, or use Tvorya in any way that:
- Harms people. Promotes, encourages or risks physical or mental harm, violence, self-harm, or death to yourself or anyone else.
- Endangers children. Harms, grooms, abuses, sexualises or exploits anyone under 18, or depicts a minor in any sexual or otherwise harmful way. This is an absolute prohibition.
- Is sexual or obscene. Is sexually explicit or pornographic, or shares intimate images of a person without their consent.
- Harasses or defames. Is harassing, bullying, threatening, defamatory, or invades someone's privacy or image rights.
- Discriminates or incites hatred. Promotes or incites discrimination, hostility or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, ancestry or national origin.
- Infringes others' rights. Uses content you do not have the right to use, including content protected by copyright, trademark, or the privacy or image/likeness rights of others.
- Deceives or defrauds. Is fraudulent, deceptive, or facilitates scams, phishing, or the spread of harmful misinformation.
- Is illegal. Violates any applicable law, or promotes illegal activity, terrorism, or other serious wrongdoing.
- Misuses people's images. Uploads a photograph of another person without their consent, or creates a misleading likeness of a real person without a lawful basis.
2. Uploaded photographs of people
Some Tvorya products let you upload a photograph — for example, to create a personalised artwork. When you do, you must have the right to use that image and the consent of anyone shown in it. You must never upload images of people that you are not authorised to use, and you must never upload images of children unlawfully. See our AI Terms for more on your responsibilities here.
3. Don't misuse the Service
You must not:
- attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with our security, watermarks, content filters, or usage limits;
- scrape, data-mine, or extract content or systems from the Service;
- use the Service to build or train a competing product or AI model;
- upload viruses or malicious code, or otherwise disrupt or overload the Service.
4. What happens if you break these rules
If we believe you have breached this Policy, we may — at our reasonable discretion and depending on the seriousness — remove or restrict the content, suspend or limit your access, close your account, and where appropriate report the matter to the relevant authorities. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to a permanent ban. See "Suspension and termination" in our Terms of Use.
5. Reporting a problem
If you see content on Tvorya that breaks this Policy, or that infringes your rights, please tell us through the Help Center. For intellectual-property complaints specifically, see our Content & IP Policy.
