Content & IP Policy
In short: We respect intellectual property and image rights. If you believe content on Tvorya infringes your rights, tell us with enough detail to find and assess it, and we'll act. Misusing this process — or repeatedly infringing — has consequences.
This Content & IP Policy explains how to report content on Tvorya that infringes your rights, and how we respond. It supports our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Your responsibility when you use Tvorya
When you upload content or create a product, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property, privacy, or image/likeness rights. The safest rule is to use only content you created yourself or have clear permission to use. See our AI Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
2. A note on AI-generated content
Tvorya generates designs with AI. While we apply safeguards, AI can occasionally produce content that unintentionally resembles existing works, trademarks, or people. If you believe an output infringes your rights, please use the reporting process below and we will review it.
3. How to report infringing content (notice and action)
If you believe content available through Tvorya infringes your rights, send us a notice through the Help Center including:
- who you are — your name and contact details (email, and where relevant your organisation);
- what right is infringed — identify the work, trademark, or other right (for trademarks, the registration details; for an image of a person, your relationship to it);
- what content is infringing — describe it and tell us where to find it (for example, a link or order reference);
- a statement of good faith — that you believe the use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law;
- a statement of accuracy — that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
Please give us enough detail to locate and assess the content. Incomplete notices may delay our response.
4. What we do after receiving a valid notice
When we receive a valid notice, we will review it and may, where appropriate, remove or restrict the content and notify the user who created or uploaded it. We act in line with our obligations under applicable EU law, including the Digital Services Act's "notice and action" requirements.
5. If your content was removed (counter-notice)
If we removed your content and you believe this was a mistake, you can contest it through the Help Center. Explain who you are, identify the content and where it was, and tell us why you believe it does not infringe. We will review your response fairly and, where appropriate, reinstate the content.
6. Repeated infringement
We may suspend or close the accounts of users who repeatedly or seriously infringe the rights of others, as set out in our Terms of Use.
7. Misuse of this process
Submitting a knowingly false or bad-faith notice may have legal consequences and may itself breach our Acceptable Use Policy. If you are unsure of your rights, consider seeking independent legal advice — we cannot provide legal advice.
